RENTING YOUR PROPERTY WITH US
When it comes to renting your property, our experience in the residential property market is invaluable. We understand that renting your home can be a stressful process, and our goal is to make it as smooth as possible. Our dedicated and friendly team genuinely cares about your interests and strives to provide you with the most efficient, friendly, and professional service.

  • We can provide you with a tenants report, free of charge,  specifically tailored on any of our lettings properties which provides additional background details about your future home.
  • We will carry out a pre-vet assessment before taking any fees to secure the property, then we will speed up the referencing process by sending through a online reference, where the more accurate and detail you enter the quicker this will come through.
  • Once we have obtained an acceptable application and fully referenced we will create the inventory, tenancy agreement and all the other necessary paperwork like gas safety certificate, electrical safety certificate, energy performance certificate, register your deposit with a government approved body.
  • We will provide you with final statement and bank details for the payment to begin the tenancy and then arrange for you to collect the keys.
  • Once settled into your new home we will carry out regular checks, normally twice a year, to ensure there are no maintenance issues and you are happy with the accommodation.
  • If you have any maintenance issue then you can report these direct or simply through whatsapp. We have built a network of reliable contractors over the years, ensuring that the properties we manage are well-maintained.
  • At the end of the tenancy we will arrange a visit to check over the property and discuss anything we may feel needs addressing like cleaning etc.. and then liaise with yourselves and the landlord.
  • To safeguard your deposits, we use The Dispute Service, which has an independent adjudicator to rule on any disputes that may arise at the end of the tenancy.
  • We understand the importance of protecting our clients. As Property Mark licensed agents, our client account undergoes independent audits annually, and we hold client money protection insurance. Our trade body provides day-to-day compliance support and advice, and as members, we have access to a free legal helpline for any lettings-related issues. Additionally, you benefit from the added protection of the Property Ombudsman Service, an independent redress service for any complaints that cannot be resolved internally.
  • If in the future you are thinking about buying a property then we also offer mortgage advice from the whole of the market along with quotes for home insurance, life & critical illness cover, income protection insurance. Our Mortgage consultant can explain how much you can borrow and find the best mortgage for you, they can explain all the steps with buying your new home even if you haven't found the right property yet, it's a good idea to be ready *
